About the role
As The INS Group continues to grow, we are looking for APHRA Registered Health Professionals for the newly created Trainer / Educator position.
This role is responsible for the onboarding, training, and development of our Clinical Team, ensuring new and existing staff have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver exceptional service to our clients and customers. The successful applicant will become the primary trainer for our nursing workforce and will also support the onboarding and training of other Call Centre employees as required.
While this position is primarily focused on training and development, the successful applicant will continue to work operational shifts within the Call Centre when training requirements allow.
The Call Centre Trainer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering onboarding programs for new clinical staff, facilitating ongoing education and refresher training, maintaining training resources, and supporting competency assessments and quality improvement initiatives.
The role will work closely with Operations, Clinical Leadership, and Team Leaders to ensure training remains current, effective, and aligned with organisational needs.
The successful applicant will be supported to undertake a Professional Development and Support Program to further develop their education and facilitation skills.
