Customer Experience (CX) & Marketing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Customer Experience (CX) & Marketing Officer who enjoys telling stories, creating engaging content, and delivering positive stakeholder experiences.

You may have 3-4 years' experience in an advertising, digital or marketing agency and be ready for your next challenge, or you may already be working in an in-house marketing role and looking to grow your career within the property and construction industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with our Head of Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement, gaining exposure across brand, communications, customer experience, stakeholder engagement, and business growth initiatives while being mentored by an experienced marketing leader.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Centina’s brand presence and reputation across all channels

• Support the delivery of Centina’s marketing strategy and maintain brand consistency

• Maintain and optimise HubSpot CRM platform to support stakeholder engagement and customer experience

• Support communications across key stakeholder groups, including enhancing the Preferred Partner program and purchaser journey for new home buyers

• Support internal communications and team engagement initiatives

• Assist in creating project case studies

• Create and manage content across social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and EDMs

• Coordinate external suppliers including graphic designers, web developers, photographers, videographers, and branding agencies

• Assist with the preparation of bids, tenders, and marketing collateral

• Support internal and external event planning and delivery

• Track marketing outcomes, report on performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives

About you

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or customer experience role

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot

• Experience in email marketing and stakeholder communications

• Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn

• Experience updating website content using CMS platforms such as WordPress

• Strong written communication and content creation skills

• Strong capability across Microsoft Word and Excel

• A proactive, self-starting mindset and strong attention to detail

• A customer-centric approach and confidence communicating across diverse stakeholder groups

Highly Regarded (but not essential)

• Experience coordinating bid and tender submissions

• Experience in the construction, property, or development industry

• Experience in design software such as InDesign, Canva, or AI design platforms
