Service Advisor - Brighton Honda, Chery & Geely (Full Time)

Brighton Honda, Chery & Geely, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our team.

About the opportunity:

As our highly valued Service Advisor, you will be the essential link between our clients and the Technicians in our workshop at Brighton Honda, Chery & Geely.

By supporting clients to make informed decisions about vehicle maintenance and repairs, you will create a premium customer experience and play a crucial role in our dealership’s sustained success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers through the entire service process, ensuring every visit feels exceptional.
• Clearly explain service options, costs, and timelines with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinate repairs, order parts, and keep customers updated every step of the way.
• Accurately prepare repair orders, job sheets, and invoices to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work closely with technicians and the service team to exceed customer expectations and uphold our high standards.

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a high-volume dealership environment (essential).
• Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering a five-star customer experience.

• Proficient with dealership management systems and confident in leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency.
