About the role
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a mixed residential and commercial portfolio.
Key responsibilities
Building relationships with rental providers, renters, commercial tenants and contractors
Conducting inspections and preparing condition reports
Coordinating maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
Managing lease documentation, vacancies and compliance
Resolving tenancy matters and attending VCAT when required
About you
At least two years' residential and commercial property management experience
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Property Services
Current Victorian Agent's Representative registration
Strong knowledge of Victorian property legislation
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
A proactive, customer-focused approach
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Current Victorian driver licence and National Police Check
