Senior Sales / Store Manager

Essential Requirments:

• Sales, Retail or trade experience
• Management experience within Sales or Retail is highly desirable
• Ability to work towards targets
• Ability to work with and understand tools/power tools and maintain a high level of safety standards
• Confident with computer softwares
• Working one day a week over the weekend

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Processing over-the-counter/phone sale transactions
• Provide accurate information about specific products, features and services
• Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
• Merchandising and store displays
• Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales
