ARB Rockingham, located in Rockingham, WA, is a family-owned and operated business with a strong reputation in the 4x4 industry. We operate the largest showroom in Australia and feature a dedicated handover bay to support a seamless customer experience.

We’re currently offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our supportive and professional Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the 4x4 lifestyle, eager to learn, and ready to be trained in selling a wide range of 4x4 accessories—from classic early-model 4WDs to the latest releases.

Duties of the role

• Conduct a one-on-one consultation with the customer.

• Liaising with customers via phone email or in person

• Customer service and Sales of 4x4 products

• Preparing Quotes, orders and basic administration

• Attending 4x4 shows and functions when required.

• Working on a rotating Saturday morning Roster

• Following up phone calls and sales

• Showroom displays

• Facilitating the transfer of sold products to the client

What you'll need

• Sales experience

• A passion for 4WD's or General Sale

• Knowledge in the 4WD industry is desirable

• Good communication skills

• An eye for detail

• Show pride in your work as well as a "can do" attitude.

• Exceptional manners and highest customer service skills

• Self-motivated
