About CRG NRG Fitness

CRG NRG Fitness is a growing boutique women’s studio in Beeliar built on community, connection and genuine care. We help our members (predominantly women 40+) build strength, confidence and long‑term wellbeing through small‑group training, personalised coaching and real accountability.

We’re looking for a passionate Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach to join our team for 10–15 hours per week, with room to grow as the studio expands.

About the Role

This role is more than running sessions - it’s about creating an exceptional member experience and supporting the smooth, professional running of the studio.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering safe, effective and engaging small‑group training sessions

• Building genuine, supportive relationships with members

• Supporting member accountability and retention

• Assisting with communication and basic admin

• Maintaining a welcoming, organised studio environment

About You

You’re a coach who genuinely cares about people - not just reps and sets. You communicate with warmth, build trust easily and create a safe and supportive environment for our members

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Hold Cert III & IV in Fitness

• Hold current First Aid & CPR

• Are passionate about women’s health, confidence and wellbeing

• Communicate clearly, positively and professionally

• Are reliable, organised and committed to high standards

• Enjoy building genuine relationships and supporting progress

• Can work independently and within a small, close‑knit team

• Are flexible with early mornings, Saturdays and some afternoons/evenings

Experience with women 40+ is highly regarded but not essential.

Pay: $37–$42 per hour, depending on experience.
