We're seeking a Sales & Service Specialist to join an established and successful team in a role that blends relationship management, customer service and sales.
 
Working with an existing customer base you'll build relationships, identify opportunities and help customers find the right packaging solutions. Success comes from delivering outstanding service, understanding customer needs and becoming a trusted adviser that customers enjoy dealing with.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and help businesses create packaging solutions that reflect their brand and leave a lasting impression.
 
You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs, ask the right questions and confidently recommend solutions from Cup & Carry's range of custom printed packaging products and services.

This office-based role is currently located in Brompton and will relocate to the company's brand-new headquarters on Regency Road later this year.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers across hospitality, retail, corporate, marketing agency, event and reseller channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend packaging solutions that create value and grow sales.
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage the order process from enquiry through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to add value through alternative packaging solutions, print methods, lead times and complementary products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

 
What We're Looking For

• A positive, energetic, proactive attitude, with a genuine passion for engaging with customers and supporting their success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Highly computer-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Proven success in a sales, customer service, account management or similar customer-focused role.
