IMPLEMENTATION and DELIVERY

At least 5 years experience in delivering Salesforce projects Highly Desirable Demonstrated experience to build and deliver enterprise level integration solutions. Demonstrated experience in configuring Salesforce. Ability to build/ modify custom. Objects, Flows, Permission sets, sharing and other related configuration and settings. Advanced demonstrated experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS and HTML

Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration

COLLABORATING, MENTORING and LEADING

Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online, and able to tailor communications for different audiences Desirable Experience making persuasive, evidence-based, recommendations that allow decisionmakers to make informed decisions Desirable Ability to work closely with vendors and internal/external stakeholders, and develop positive relationships Desirable

Ability to work closely within the project team in a fast paced environment, and maintain positive relationships

Experience in transitioning projects to sustainment Highly desirable

Experience in providing technical assistance and end user troubleshooting
