Female Support Workers Needed | Esperance, WA

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate female NDIS Support Worker for a new ongoing support opportunity in Esperance, WA and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a support worker looking to establish a consistent and meaningful working relationship with an NDIS participant, with the potential for hours to increase significantly over time.

Shifts & Availability

• Initial roster: 3 x 3-hour shifts per week
• Future requirement: Expected to increase to 7 days per week
• Ongoing opportunity with the potential for regular and consistent hours
• Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends will be highly regarded

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• A female Support Worker based in Esperance or surrounding areas
• Compassionate, patient and respectful
• Reliable and committed to providing consistent support
• Person-centred and focused on supporting participant choice and independence
• Professional with strong communication skills
• Experienced in NDIS support or community care
• Available for ongoing shifts and able to increase availability as the support requirements grow

Applicants should have, or be willing to obtain:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children Check, where applicable
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport, where required
• ABN
