Remuneration: Dependent on Qualification  

• Social Worker Level 3: $61.31 - $63.29 per hour 

   

• Occupational Therapist Level 3: $61.31 - $63.29 per hour 

   

• Clinical Psychologist: $59.59 - $72.64 per hour  

   
• Senior Psychologist : $65.02 - $70.46 per hour 

In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

In this position, you will provide vital support and coordination throughout the patient journey, helping families navigate services and access the care they need. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of dedicated Paediatricians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, and community partners, you will play a key role in shaping positive outcomes and enhancing the overall experience for children and their families.As part of this innovative service, you will have the opportunity to develop and establish effective models of care, evaluate service delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly influence the quality of care provided, ensuring that families receive timely support and access to appropriate services. Are You the Right Fit? 
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate professional with experience supporting children and families living with neurodiverse conditions, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and developmental delays. You are committed to a family-centred approach and understand the importance of shared decision-making, empowering children and their families to actively participate in care planning and achieve positive outcomes. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and advocate for families will be central to your success in this role.You will also bring a sound understanding of local health and community services, referral pathways, and support networks available to children and families while they await further assessment or intervention. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community stakeholders, you will connect families with appropriate services and resources, helping them navigate complex systems and access timely support. Selection Criteria

• Relevant qualification/ registration in one of the disciplines outlined in the position description.
• Please outline your experience working with populations with neurodiversity and / or conditions causing developmental delay, your role and the impact you had
• This role will be responsible for the establishment of a new service and assessing its impact. Please outline how you might go about this and how you might feed this back to management

• Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
