ACCIONA is planning for a number of upcoming project opportunities across regional Western Australia and is seeking to build capability ahead of anticipated work programs. We are interested in speaking with Health & Safety candidates who are open to a 2/1 roster and looking to contribute to large-scale civil and infrastructure projects as opportunities progress.

About the Opportunity

ACCIONA is seeking Expressions of Interest from an HSE Site Administrator, Safety Advisor and Senior Safety Advisor to join an upcoming infrastructure project in regional WA. Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, you will support and drive safety systems, documentation and compliance across the project. This is your chance to secure a place on a major regional project ahead of mobilisation, with the HSE Site Administrator role available on a 5/2 roster for local applicants.

Key Accountabilities

• Support delivery of the project safety management plan
• Maintain HSE documentation, registers and records
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits
• Investigate incidents and support corrective actions
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
• Advise teams on safe systems of work
• Build strong relationships with client and stakeholders

• Certificate IV in WHS or related qualification (Advisor roles)
• Experience in HSE administration or advisory roles
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and standards
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to work required roster (2/1 or 5/2 depending on role)
