Trading for over 20 years, Limecrete is a family-owned concrete manufacturing business located in the Perth Hills. As the company continues to grow we are seeking an Orders Administrator to be the main point of contact for our clients placing and confirming concrete orders.
Full-time position
Monday to Friday,
7.30am to 3pm
Parking provided on site.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
Entering and scheduling all in-bound telephone and emailed concrete orders
Finalising and scheduling current day orders
Processing credit card payments for current day orders
Liaising with Batchers and Sales Manager relating to orders
Managing future client orders
Assisting in general concrete colour selection and enquiries
Staff uniform ordering
Assisting the Operations Manager
MYOB data entry as required
General administration duties as required
About you
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
High-volume order processing and data entry skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with Microsoft suite
MYOB skills are advantageous
Confident with dealing with customers, with the ability to say no as required professionally
Confident and professional phone manner
Experience in a logistics / concrete / manufacturing would be advantageous
