RC Driller

About the role

OreEx Drilling is an expanding mineral exploration drilling company specializing in reverse circulation in Western Australia. We are growing and looking for Drillers (trainee - senior) for projects in Western Australia. OreEx have a mix of sites and exploration projects (caravan) with 2:1 rosters (flexible if needed).

Key responsibilities

• Operate reverse circulation drilling equipment

• Perform grade control drilling activities

• Liaise confidently with crew members, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth operations

• Set the standard for safety-first behaviours and role-model expected conduct

• Foster a positive team environment

About you

• Experience in Reverse Circulation drilling or Grade Control

• Strong mechanical aptitude, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think clearly and act decisively in the field

• Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence or above (required)

• Able to pass pre-employment medical + drug & alcohol screening (required)

• Provide a national police clearance less than 6 months old (required)

• Hold a current first aid certificate (required)

• Be flexible on work locations

• Experience with Schramm T685 rigs (highly regarded)

• Certificate III or above (preferred)
