Cabinet Maker/Joiner

Showcase and Display Systems is a well-established joinery company based in Cromer, with 35 years’ experience in the industry. We specialise in custom-made joinery, delivering quality, creative solutions across commercial, retail and residential projects Australia-wide.

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker/Joiner to join our team at our Cromer factory. This is a permanent full-time position offering varied, high-quality projects from fabrication through to installation.

• Fabricate, assemble and install custom joinery from drawings and specifications

• Operate woodworking machinery, power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently

• Ensure completed work meets our high quality standards

• Work with the team to solve technical challenges and find practical solutions

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop

• Assist with installations at client sites when required

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery (Certificate III or similar)

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in cabinet making, joinery or related carpentry

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Confident using workshop machinery and tools

• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, professional attitude and good communication skills

• Current unrestricted driver's licence and White Card (essential)

• Forklift licence (desirable)

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Permanent full-time position – 38 hours per week

• Half-day Fridays
