About the role
The Dakabin Hotel is on the hunt for Food and Beverage Attendants to be a part of the restaurant team.
Join the winning team that took home the 2026 QHA awards' Best Bistro Metropolitan title. We're searching for more Casual superstars as our busy season approaches.
Food Attendants/Wait Staff who are passionate in providing excellent customer service to guests in the restaurant and across the broader Dakabin Hotel.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting guests with a smile
Engaging with customers and the team
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
Clear and concise communication
Responsible service of alcohol
Bar experience desirable
Cafe experience desirable
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm and an outgoing attitude
Commitment to excellent customer service
Strong work ethic
Strong attention to detail
An ability to work in a busy team environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, would be looked upon favorably.
Full availability is a MUST over the Christmas and New years period.
This role will be rewarding and allow for ample opportunity for the successful applicant to showcase their capabilities, with prospects for career development.
