The Role:
Working closely with a highly respected leader, this role offers the opportunity to take a meaningful support role in construction projects in a supportive, well-run environment.
  
You will initially support the Director in delivering commercial office fit-out projects (circa $5M), learning from them to take responsibility for your own projects across commercial and retail construction projects in time. 
  
This is suited to someone with circa 3 years’ experience in the construction sector, particularly in new build or fitout projects. You will need to value structure and clarity, and be ready to continue building depth in your career within a stable consultancy.

The Foundation for Success:

• Background within a Project Management consultancy or client-side construction environment (not civil construction)
• Proven experience delivering commercial office and/or retail fit-out projects (construction delivery focused) 
• Strong organisational skills with a structured and reliable approach
• Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with clients and stakeholders
• Takes ownership, follows through, and works well within a team environment
• Circa 3 years of industry experience in project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management software
