A day in the life?

As the Assistant Content Director & The Fox Workday Announcer, you'll split your time between content leadership and on-air talent responsibilities.

You’ll work closely with the Content Director to help shape content strategy, coach and support talent, contribute creative ideas, and ensure the station continues to deliver exceptional audience experiences. You'll also host The Fox Workday shift, creating engaging, entertaining and relatable content that keeps Melbourne company throughout the day.

No two days are the same, but you'll be:

• Hosting and preparing for The Fox Workday shift
• Developing content and promotions that grow audience engagement
• Supporting and coaching on-air talent and producers
• Creating content across social, digital and podcast platforms
• Contributing to show planning, strategy and creative sessions
• Staying across trends, entertainment and pop culture to keep content fresh and relevant

What You’ll Need

• Significant experience as an Executive Producer, Announcer, Assistant Content Director or similar content leadership role
• Proven experience creating compelling audio content and engaging audiences
• Strong understanding of contemporary music, entertainment and pop culture
• Exceptional storytelling, communication and content creation skills
• Experience coaching, mentoring or developing talent is highly regarded
• A passion for great radio, digital content and audience growth
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
• A collaborative mindset and a desire to help shape the future of one of Australia's biggest radio brands
