ABOUT THE ROLE

Great Temptations is seeking a suitably qualified Quality and Compliance Coordinator to provide administrative and practical support to ensure all industry, compliance and legal requirements are adhered to and ensure quality standards are achieved using HACCP principles so that our SQF accreditation is maintained.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Maintaining a quality food safety culture within the company with the backing of senior management.

• Ensuring compliance with SQF Food Quality Global Systems.

• Management and review of all daily production records and forms.

• Management of the internal and external auditing programs and testing and verification schedules.

• Management, investigation & maintenance of the company's Customer Complaints and NCR’S registers.

• Management of the company's Training Matrix and Inductions for all new staff in Food Quality & Safety.

• Management of Raw Materials Specifications, Allergen Matrix and Approved Supplier Matrix.

• Document control of all companies’ Procedures & Forms in relation to Food Quality & Safety.

ABOUT YOU

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG Food Manufacturing industry, is a must.

Our ideal candidate can also demonstrate the following:

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Experience with SQF or equivalent Global certification standards.

• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment and work directly with senior management.

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in food science or microbiology, and/or experience working with an online QA management system such as Qtrac would be highly regarded.
