Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised Manager for our Aspley Store to develop our team, the store and drive sales.

Being a premier Bridal Boutique and Menswear store,  we are passionate about providing an outstanding experience for our amazing customers. 

Experienced in high end ladies fashion and menswear preferred, you understand the challenges  of volume retail and love to chase sales this could be right up your alley! 

If you are a confident leader who can connect with their team and have the below skills, we would love to hear from you:

• Previous management experience, essential in retail

• Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience

• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages  & stock loss targets

• Strong Communication skills

• A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style and presentation 

• Be able to develop, coach and mentor the team to achieve KPI's. 

• Excellent computer skills essential.

• Be a confident team leader, who possess strong leadership skills and be able to motivate their staff, have experience in high end customer service and fantastic organizational skills.
