Shire of Mundaring is seeking an experienced Supervisor Maintenance to lead road and drainage maintenance operations within our Built Environment Operations team.
About the Role
You’ll supervise staff and contractors, plan and deliver civil works programs, ensure safe and efficient operations, and support continuous improvement across the service area. The role also includes coordinating cemetery operations and responding to customer service requests.
Key Responsibilities
• plan, coordinate and supervise road and drainage maintenance
• lead and support civil works crews; ensure safe work practices
• manage plant, contractors, productivity and daily workflows
• assist with budgets, reporting and timesheet approvals
• liaise with internal teams, utilities and service providers
• support process improvements and contribute to team culture.
