We are on the hunt for a Senior Analyst (Senior Accountant) with anywhere from 2 to 5 years experience in restructuring and insolvency that wants to join the team.

 You will use your skills and experience to:

• Work as a key part of the team on various corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring appointments

• Monitor and meet statutory deadlines

• Selling businesses and assets

• Liaise with financiers, lawyers, agents and auctioneers

• Gain knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating

• Work with a diverse team of individuals based in Australia and overseas

• Liaising with creditors and all stakeholders involved in various administrations

• Assist senior team members with complex matters

• Support senior team members with complex investigations, including source and application of funds, forensic tracing exercises, voidable transactions and insolvent trading reviews

Salary            

$70,000 to $90,000 inclusive of superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.

What you need

• 2 to 5 years experience in restructuring and insolvency

• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, etc. with an accounting major or other relevant studies

• Strong ethical compass 

• Ability to solve problems

• Ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment

• Experience in meeting strict deadlines

• Excellent personal, analytical and communication skills and high attention to detail
