About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, switched-on and highly computer-literate person to join our team.

This is a varied role combining customer service, dealer support and administration. We're looking for someone who loves dealing with people, is confident with technology and new systems, and most importantly, takes initiative and ownership of their role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to customer, dealer and reseller enquiries by phone, email and social media

• Providing product information, sales support and great customer service

• Processing orders, quotes and assisting with invoicing

• Onboarding new resellers and Premier Dealers

• Assisting with online meetings, product training and sales training

• Assisting with reporting, administration and general management support

• Coordinating travel, catering, staff lunches and general office requirements

• Helping wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Is very confident with computers and learns new systems quickly

• Has proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook

• Someone who enjoys customer service and helping others

• Communicates confidently by phone, email and online meetings

• Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Has the confidence to use your initiative and work independently

• Is organised, reliable and able to manage different priorities

• Takes ownership of their role and wants to grow with it

Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience would be beneficial, but attitude, initiative and willingness to learn are more important to us.
