Restaurant Partner / Store Manager (QSR)

We are looking for a Restaurant Partner to lead the new store. You'll build the team, shape the culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience and help us create a scalable model.
 
What you'll own

• Guest experience — Create a restaurant people love coming back to, with fast, warm service and consistently great food.
• People — Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team and create a positive, accountable culture.
• Operations — Lead from the floor and own food quality, speed, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Performance — Drive sales, manage costs and take ownership of the restaurant's commercial performance.
• Growth — Work with Hunter Street Hospitality to test ideas, improve how we operate and help shape the future of the QSR Pillar. 

Who we're looking for

You're an experienced QSR, fast-casual or high-volume hospitality leader who:

• Leads from the front and loves being on the floor.
• Is obsessed with great guest experiences.
• Builds, develops and inspires great teams.
• Has high standards and strong commercial instincts.
• Moves quickly, solves problems and looks for better ways of doing things.
• Brings energy, confidence and zero ego.
• Is excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
