We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at Central West Medical Centre.

Key responsibilities
Welcome patients into the centre in an efficient and courteous manner
Collect and enter patient details
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Answer telephone calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Administration support
General administration duties such as scanning, faxing, filing and follow up patient enquiries
Patient billing and processing payments
About you
At least 2 years experience working in a general practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Knowledge of Best Practice software is an advantage
Sound understanding of medical centre operations
High level of personal presentation
Ability to work as a team member
Display a high level of attention to details
Flexible to assist with various rosters
