An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join a professional Property Management team in Doncaster.
 
This role would suit either an entry-level candidate looking to build a career in Property Management or an experienced Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Assisting with the management of a residential property portfolio
• Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio administration
• Coordinating routine inspections and property reports
• Assisting with leasing and tenancy processes
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and other stakeholders
• Coordinating maintenance requests and following up repairs
• Assisting with arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
• Preparing and maintaining property documentation
• Supporting CMAs and regular vendor reporting with AI technology
• Using 360-camera technology for property inspections and reporting
• Maintaining accurate records within PropertyMe and Inspection Express
• Providing professional customer service to landlords and tenants
• Supporting the broader Property Management team as required
 
What We're Looking For:
• Entry-level or experienced Property Management candidate
• Genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Property Management
• Positive, enthusiastic and professional approach
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident using technology and learning new systems
• Previous PropertyMe or Inspection Express experience highly regarded
• Ability to work within a 30-minute commute of the office preferred
