Role Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, provide strategic technical leadership, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. Strong experience with FSC data models, OmniStudio capabilities, integrations, and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Salary: 150,742 – 171,215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for FSC implementations.
• Design scalable solutions leveraging FSC and OmniStudio capabilities.
• Lead architecture workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
• Establish architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.
• Support project estimation, solution roadmap development, and design reviews.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Hands-on experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience designing REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce security architecture.
• Experience with enterprise data modeling and governance.
• Background in banking, insurance, wealth management, or lending domains.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
• Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation/Certification
