About the role

Located at the beautiful Eco-Village in Currumbin Valley – we have a unique opportunity to develop the early years through wonderful environments, supportive leadership and team values and close connections with our families and local community.
Our unique centre is pathing the way in the industry providing extra support above ratio within studios to enhance enriched caregiving and engagement with our children.
About your new role
Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
About you
Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
Must have experience in an early childhood setting.
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
Prior experience and confidence in leading a classroom setting and writing educational programs.
Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
