About the Role
You’ll be part of our reinstatement crew, restoring road surfaces, footpaths and driveways. This hands-on role involves operating tools and machinery, preparing sites, and completing work to a high standard. The work is mostly day shifts around metro Melbourne, with some night shifts depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate small tools and equipment such as demo saws and compactors

• Drive medium (MR) and heavy rigid (HR) trucks

• Operate excavators/bobcats

• Follow safe work practices and traffic management plans

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates

• Complete pre-starts and basic job paperwork

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven asphalt or reinstatement experience

• Valid MR or HR licence (required)

• White Card (required)

• Plant operation experience and tickets (desired but not essential)

• Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork

• Willingness to work night shift and weekends when required

• Physically fit and reliable
