We have an opportunity to join our Pharma team as a Hospital Sales Representative for Oncology portfolio covering NSW North to promote market leading medicine that improves the lives of thousands of patients each year.

In this field-based role, you'll partner with hospital specialists, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and key healthcare stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and help shape the future of care within your territory.

• Build trusted partnerships with hospital specialists, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers across the patient care ecosystem.
• Develop and execute agile 90-day account and territory plans to drive growth, product access, and improved patient outcomes.
• Understand and validate patient journeys, uncovering opportunities to connect Bayer's expertise and solutions to customer needs.
• Deliver credible clinical and scientific information while supporting formulary inclusion and integration into treatment pathways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage customer insights, data, and analytics to identify opportunities and drive solutions.
• Utilise digital tools and CRM systems to manage customer engagement while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct.

Essential Experience

• Full, unrestricted work rights to Australia
• Previous pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working as a hospital specialist representative within the Australian market. 
• Oncology therapeutic knowledge
• Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence. 
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with TAE’s and organizations. 
• Deep understanding of patient journey(s) and related treatments in defined disease area(s) enabling engagement at a specialist level. 
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing complex customer accounts.
• Ability to interpret insights and translate them into meaningful actions and solutions.

Highly Regarded

• Advance degree in life science and/or an MBA
• Strong understanding of hospital systems, treatment pathways, and access processes.
• Experience supporting formulary listings, account plans, and product adoption strategies.
• Knowledge of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
• Experience with Veeva CRM or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience working in agile environments and 90-day planning frameworks.
