This role will have you selling a wide range of excellent and exclusive home furniture.

In this role, you will work in the retail store and:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email but mostly in person.
• Greet new customers and build relationships with them to help facilitate the sale.
• With support and training, you will keep updated on available products and trends.
• The training provided will also help you to speak confidently about the features and benefits of the products.
• You will also be able to consult on styles, fabrics and manufacturing methods.
• Follow up on past and new leads and proactively source new opportunities.
• All while working with the team to achieve sales targets.

To be successful in your application, we are looking for:

• Experience in a retail sales environment.
• It would be ideal if you had experience in furniture or similar products but it's not essential.
• Strong sales background.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Great presentation skills and ability to build trust with customers.
• Experience following up leads and staying engaged with customers once they have left the store.
• A positive can-do attitude.
• Self-drive and a high attention to detail.
