Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide variety of Type A gas appliances.

• Conducting RTA (Rental Tenancies Act) gas safety inspections on residential properties.

• Carrying out routine servicing on gas appliances across local school accounts.

• Completing appliance installations and general gas maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Qualified Plumber with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Type A Servicing.

• Registered with the BPC (formerly VBA).

• Valid Manual Driver’s License.

• Basic hand tools.
