Relocation Consultant

E-Sterling Services is an established relocation business based in Perth, supporting clients who are moving for work, lifestyle, family and personal reasons. We are expanding our relocation services into Sydney and are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and client-focused Sydney Relocation Consultant to join our growing local network. This role is ideal for someone who has strong knowledge of Sydney suburbs and enjoys helping people make confident decisions about where to live. You will work alongside our Perth-based relocation team, providing local suburb advice and attending property inspections on behalf of clients who may be relocating from interstate or overseas. You will not be required to manage the entire relocation process independently. Our Perth team will manage the client consultation, relocation strategy, rental profile preparation and overall client relationship. Your role will be to provide trusted local knowledge and practical on-the-ground support.

Key responsibilities

Provide informed advice about Sydney suburbs and local areas. Help identify suburbs that suit each client’s budget, lifestyle, commute and personal requirements. Explain the advantages, limitations and practical considerations of different locations. Attend rental property inspections on behalf of clients. Provide clear written reports, photographs and video walkthroughs where appropriate. Assess properties and surrounding areas, including condition, noise, transport, parking, amenities and general suitability. Communicate professionally with real estate agents and property managers. Ask relevant questions during inspections and report the answers accurately. Follow E-Sterling Services’ inspection checklists and reporting procedures. Communicate promptly with the Perth-based team after each appointment.

About you

We are looking for someone who:Has strong, current knowledge of Sydney suburbs and rental markets.Understands transport, commuting patterns, amenities and lifestyle differences across Sydney.Has experience in relocation, property, real estate, leasing, property management or a related field.Is confident assessing rental properties and explaining local area considerations.Communicates clearly and professionally.Is organised, reliable and responsive.Can work independently and manage appointments effectively.Is comfortable taking high-quality photographs and videos using a smartphone.Has access to reliable transport and is willing to travel to property inspections.Understands the importance of confidentiality, discretion and client care.Has a genuine interest in helping people settle successfully into a new area.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
