Paint/Coatings Industry - Internal Sales & Customer Service

About the role

Nutech Paint, Australia's leading Roof Coating & Concrete Sealer manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and confident person to join our wholesale distribution, internal sales and customer service team at our head office in Seaford, Victoria. Knowledge of coatings and paint products is important to this role, however product specific training will also be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Answering phone enquiries from customers

• Assisting customers with coatings related issues

• Order taking and processing

• Courier and transport company interaction

• Picking and packing small orders as required

About you

• Strong customer service skills

• Paint retail/trade centre/hardware experience

• An understanding of and commitment to safe work practices

• Friendly, with an excellent positive attitude

• Good computer skills are essential

• Well spoken, with good English language skills, both verbal and written

• A strong customer service focus

• High level of attention to detail

• Good time management skills

• Ability & willingness to learn

This is a 5 day per week position with branch hours being 7.30am – 4.00pm.

This is a critical role within our Seaford team and our overall business.

Salary will be commensurate with your background, experience and skills that you can bring to the role.
