Sales Executive - RMSPay

Description

RMS Pay is one of the most exciting growth opportunities inside our business right now. As a Sales Executive for RMS Pay, you will be the person who turns that opportunity into results. This is an expansion sales role. Your customers already use RMS. Your job is to help them see the value of embedding payments into their platform and to convert that understanding into real commercial outcomes. You will run consultative, needs-based conversations with property owners and managers across the hospitality sector, and you will do it well because you genuinely enjoy finding out what a customer needs before you ever think about recommending a solution.

You will work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams, manage your own pipeline with discipline, and bring a level of energy and self-motivation that makes the people around you better.

What you'll be doing

• Identify, qualify, and close RMS Pay opportunities within the existing ANZ customer base, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Conduct needs-based discovery conversations and product demonstrations that connect the RMS Pay value proposition directly to each client's specific business outcomes.
• Manage pipeline and CRM activity with accuracy and intention, ensuring leadership always has a clear view of what is in motion.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to support smooth onboarding for new customers and surface feedback that sharpens the product.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across the account base, including General Managers, Finance leads, and Operations contacts.
  
  

What you'll bring

• A genuine track record of sales performance, with the ability to run a pipeline, conduct a consultative conversation, and close deals.
• Self-motivation and full ownership of outcomes, no hand-holding required.
• Experience in the hospitality technology space or strong familiarity with property management systems.
• An appetite to build payments knowledge quickly. A background in payments is a bonus, not a requirement.
• The ability to receive and act on feedback without defensiveness.
