OTR Health is a leading mobile Allied Health provider delivering Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, and Remedial Massage services directly to clients in their homes. We proudly support clients across Home Care Packages, NDIS, Rehab in the Home, and Residential Aged Care.

Due to ongoing growth and new partnerships, we’re seeking a Remedial Massage Therapist to join our expanding team.

Location: Across Sydney
Employment type: Contractor, Part-time or Full-time
Caseload: Predominantly elderly clients and people living with a disability
Work style: Flexible, autonomous, and client-focused

As a mobile therapist, you will provide person-centred remedial massage services that help clients manage pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellbeing in the environments where they live.

This role requires a broad range of clinical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work largely independently while staying connected with our supportive management and admin team.

• Deliver remedial massage treatments in clients’ homes and community settings

• Conduct client assessments and tailor treatments to individual needs

• Provide interventions for pain management, muscle tension, injury support, and general wellbeing

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatments as required

• Maintain clear and timely clinical notes and documentation

• Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other health professionals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers

• Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist (Diploma or equivalent)

• Current National Police Check / NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Previous Private Practice experience

• Previous Community or Mobile Therapy experience

• Experience working with aged care or NDIS participants
