Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our Victorian Facade Care Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established, industry-leading company that delivers specialist façade maintenance and access services across Australia.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our existing leadership within the Victorian Façade Care team, taking ownership of operational delivery, team performance, and client outcomes. You will assist in managing people, projects, and processes to ensure high-quality service delivery and safe, efficient operations.

The duties include:

• Resource Allocation

• Staff Management

• Contract Administration

• Quality Control

• Safety management

• Customer Liaison

• Project Management

• On-going coaching and mentoring of team members

• Identifying and implementing strategies for improvements in service, systems and productivity

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated leadership and management experience;

• Strong OHS skills and ability to mentor, coach and engage your team

• Be Team player, willing to support and assist other Divisional Managers

• You will be organised, highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
