Key Selection Criteria:

1. Commitment to knowing and supporting every learner
Demonstrated ability to build positive, respectful relationships with students and create an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels known, valued, safe and capable of learning. This includes responding to diverse learning, wellbeing and behavioural needs while maintaining high expectations for all students.

2. Commitment to high-quality, evidence-informed teaching
Demonstrated capacity to plan and deliver purposeful, engaging and differentiated learning experiences that are informed by curriculum, assessment and evidence of student learning. Applicants should demonstrate a willingness to reflect on the impact of their teaching and adjust practice to improve student outcomes.

3. Collaboration, professional learning and contribution to school culture
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students and families, contributing positively to a professional learning culture. This includes a commitment to feedback, professional growth, shared responsibility for student outcomes and contributing one's strengths and ideas to the broader life of the school.
