About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior/Principal Civil Engineer to take ownership of civil projects and play an important role in developing the civil offering.
You’ll work closely with other disciplines across the business, so strong multidisciplinary coordination and an understanding of how different engineering disciplines come together on a project are important.
This is a role with genuine autonomy, supported by an experienced leadership team and a collaborative environment.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who:

• Is Chartered and Registered, with the ability to sign off
• Has strong Civil 3D skills
• Has solid civil design and project delivery experience
• Understands multidisciplinary project coordination
• Can confidently manage projects from a technical perspective
• Communicates well and builds strong working relationships
• Has a mature, professional approach and takes pride in their work
• Is collaborative, reliable and a good cultural fit

You don’t need to be a traditional BD specialist. The priority is finding someone technically strong, well respected and capable of building trusted relationships.
