Sales Consultant

The Opportunity

As such, Forch Australia is seeking a talented Sales Consultant for the Bunbury area and surroundings. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by providing exceptional customer service and generating new sales opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions
• Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIs
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Cold calling/ prospecting new business to grow the active customer base
• Following a structured call cycle using our CRM tool
• Maintaining up-to-date Forch product knowledge to promote, sell and provide reliable advice
• Conducting regular onsite client visits, including assisting with Forch Varo storage installations
• Ensuring Varo units are fully stocked, maintained and presented to standard during each visit
• Participating in sales campaigns and promotions to drive revenue and achieve individual/team targets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives

What We're Looking For

• Preferably demonstrated sales experience, but not essential. What matters is your drive and ability to grow a customer base
• Attention to detail in managing quotes, orders, and customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to learn product knowledge and the drive to continuously expand your expertise
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and going the extra mile
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Commitment to safety in all aspects of your work
• Familiarity with sales processes and data management systems
