Executive & Administrative Support

Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
Prepare meeting agendas, invitations, and attendance confirmations
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and track action items
Maintain meeting registers, follow-up trackers, and administrative records

Travel & Event Coordination

Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation
Coordinate conferences, training sessions, and company events
Manage registrations, attendance tracking, and event logistics

Document & Records Management

Prepare, format, proofread, and quality-check documents, reports, proposals, and presentations
Draft professional correspondence and maintain document templates
Organize and maintain electronic filing systems and document registers
Ensure records remain accurate, secure, and up to date

Business & Operational Support

Update business documents, staff profiles, capability statements, and client-facing materials
Prepare administrative reports, trackers, dashboards, and operational documentation
Coordinate recruitment interviews, onboarding activities, and training administration
Respond to administrative enquiries and coordinate client meetings
Maintain professional memberships, subscriptions, and internal administrative systems

Remote Team Collaboration

Communicate professionally with team members and stakeholders
Provide regular task updates and proactively identify risks or delays
Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate effectively using Microsoft Teams and other business tools
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate accountability while working remotely
