THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking highly organised and experienced receptionists in our Craigieburn location. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment. If you're a people‑focused individual who enjoys contributing to a client‑centred team, can manage competing priorities, and adapt to varying workloads, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to every client, in person and over the phone

• Coordinate bookings, cancellations and reschedules with sensitivity to client needs

• Maintain document control and ensure ongoing compliance

• Handle confidential information with care and integrity

• Support the clinic team by ensuring smooth operations and a comfortable environment

• General clinic housekeeping duties (stock replenishment, general cleaning)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A reliable and positive attitude, with the ability to engage clients effectively

• A minimum of two years experience working in a fast-paced health reception role

• Professional experience in the Disability/NDIS sector is highly desirable

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Splose or similar CRM

• Flexibility to provide leave cover at other clinic locations
