Front Of House Manager

As our Front of House Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant's customer-facing team. You'll ensure service runs smoothly, maintain high operational standards, and help create the atmosphere Burgerfreak is known for.

• Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Manage daily restaurant operations during service.

• Coordinate staff rosters and break schedules.

• Train and onboard new team members.

• Monitor service speed, food presentation and overall guest experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Assist with stock ordering, inventory management and supplier deliveries.

• Work closely with the kitchen management team to ensure efficient service.

• Drive a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability and professionalism.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor.

• The ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Approved Manager certification (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.

• RSA / Manager RSA (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable.
