Finance Manager - Audit and Treasury

About the Role

Join JBS Australia’s Swift & Company Trade Group as a Finance Manager, where you will oversee Treasury operations, strengthen SOX compliance, and enhance financial controls across our domestic and export businesses. This role is integral to our Finance and Management team, focusing on strategic partnerships and Governance, Risk, and Compliance objectives that drive informed business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with both on-site and remote teams to implement effective audit strategies and ensure process alignment.

• Support the development of the annual internal audit plan in collaboration with the Group Financial Controller and Financial Reporting Manager.

• Conduct comprehensive internal control assessments across the broader business operations.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and all applicable SOX regulations.

• Assist in planning and executing audit assignments to ensure timely, high-quality results.

• Support corporate reporting, performance analysis, and deliver ad hoc financial insights.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across Finance, Audit, Credit Control, and Payables functions.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–10 years of experience in finance, risk management, or auditing roles.

• SOX experience is required, preferably gained at a Big 4 accounting firm.

• Strong collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively with remote teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

• CA or MBA qualification and relevant memberships are preferred.
