As the SOCI Physical Security Lead, you will lead the delivery of physical security and Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) compliance initiatives across TasNetworks' critical electricity infrastructure, with a particular focus on substation sites. This role exists to strengthen the organisation's security posture by identifying compliance gaps, assessing risks and coordinating the implementation of practical security improvements that meet regulatory requirements while supporting safe and reliable network operations.
Working across a diverse group of internal teams, contractors and subject matter experts, you will provide the structure, direction and oversight required to progress complex security uplift programs from planning through to implementation.
