Regular Giving Fundraising Specialist

What You'll Be Doing
As a tele-fundraiser, you'll:

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold prospects to secure ongoing monthly donations.
• Build genuine rapport and have meaningful conversations with supporters.
• Share powerful stories of impact and inspire people to become regular donors.
• Consistently achieve and exceed fundraising targets and KPIs.
• Represent highly respected Australian charities with professionalism and passion.
• Help create a positive donor experience that encourages long-term support.

What You’ll Love About This Role 
You'll hit the ground running with an immediate start, a competitive casual rate of $33.85 per hour, and paid training to set you up for success. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while maintaining consistent weekday hours, with shifts scheduled at a minimum of 5 hours per day.

Who We're Looking For
You'll be successful in this role if you:

• Have previous experience in fundraising, telesales, outbound sales, customer service, or call centre environments.
• Are confident speaking with people and building rapport quickly.
• Enjoy working towards targets and are motivated by performance.
• Have strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Are resilient, positive, and able to handle objections confidently.
• Are comfortable using digital platforms and learning new systems.
• Are passionate about making a difference through your work.
