Contract Admin | Commercial Construction

We’re interested in speaking with CAs from commercial construction, residential, fit-out and refurbishmentbackgrounds, with opportunities available across a range of project sizes and sectors.

Whether you’re an experienced Contract Administrator ready for a larger project or an Assistant CA looking to take the next step, we’d like to hear from you.

The Opportunities Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

• Managing subcontractor and supplier packages
• Preparing and reviewing scopes of work
• Letting and administering trade packages
• Procurement and tender comparisons
• Managing variations, progress claims and cost reporting
• Subcontractor negotiations
• Contract administration and project documentation
• Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Estimators
• Monitoring project budgets and commercial performance
• Supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion

What We’re Looking For Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous experience with an Australian builder or construction contractor
• Experience as a Contract Administrator or Assistant Contract Administrator
• Relevant construction, building, engineering or quantity surveying qualifications preferred
• Good commercial and contractual understanding
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence dealing with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams

Experience across commercial, residential, fit-out, industrial or refurbishment projects will all be considered.

• Salaries typically ranging from $90,000–$140,000 + super, depending on experience
