Team Leader -  Food Production 
Full-Time | Perm | Day & Afternoon Shift Available

Synergie Australia are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a well established and highly respected food manufacturing company located in Arndell Park. This is a hands on leadership role within a fast paced production environment, offering stability and career development for the right candidate.

About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, driving team performance, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 staff, promoting a high performing and collaborative culture, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team in a manufacturing/production setting
• Coordinate workflow and operational tasks to meet production targets
• Monitor product quality to meet internal and external specifications
• Support team development through training and daily coaching
• Maintain strong relationships with key departments including Warehouse, Maintenance, Technical, and HR
• Uphold WHS procedures and contribute to a safety-first culture

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong team management and people development skills
• Sound knowledge of production equipment and machinery
• Solid time management, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment with physical/manual demands
• Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
