ICT Support Officer

The College is seeking an ICT Support Officer to join our team in a full-time role commencing early October. This is an exciting opportunity to support staff and students in a dynamic secondary school environment. The role involves both collaborative and also independent troubleshooting, requiring strong technical skills, initiative, the ability to multitask and a proactive approach to problem solving.

• Ongoing Position

• Full-time 1.0 FTE

• Commencing early October 2026

Responsibilities include -

• Provide general ICT support to College staff and students

• Level 1/2 ICT Helpdesk support

• Installation and troubleshooting of hardware/software

• Management and improvement of ICT Helpdesk systems (Intune MDM, SnipeIT, Vivi, RingCentral etc)

• Identifying, researching and documenting ICT Processes for internal and external users

• Assisting Staff with School Resources and Systems (SEQTA/AoS)

• Assistance with and resolving network connectivity issues (Cisco/Meraki)

• Other duties as requested by the ICT Manager
