In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering quality management, assurance, compliance and continuous improvement outcomes across Operations Management.
This role will see you support the implementation and maintenance of the quality management framework, coordinate audits and reviews, monitor compliance and performance against standards, and contribute to continuous improvement, governance and operational readiness. You will coordinate quality assurance activities and drive continuous improvement outcomes in a fast paced and complex operational environment.

About you

Your experience supporting quality management systems, audits and compliance frameworks formed across large, complex organisations will see you excel in coordinating audits, maintaining quality documentation, monitoring compliance and fostering consistent application of quality processes to deliver improved service delivery and governance outcomes. You’re recognised as highly organised and analytical, skilled at coordinating quality activities and reporting, experienced in quality management systems, ISO 9001 principles, sharepoint experience.  Process development,   stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement practices will be highly regarded.

This is a permanent role, based in Transport Management Centre (TMC) -Eveleigh. The salary for this position is a Transport Grade 7 (from $124,810.00) per annum plus superannuation.
